About these terms

These terms apply to your use of AgentBank. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you must have authority to act for that business and to give the instructions you submit.

Separate agreements may apply to particular products, partners, or enterprise arrangements. Any order of precedence between those agreements and these terms must be stated in the applicable agreement.

Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and use the requested service. Access to a particular currency, country, payment method, or provider is subject to availability and applicable eligibility requirements.

Provide accurate account and verification information and keep it current. Complete any identity, business, or route-specific checks requested before using a service. Completing one check does not guarantee access to every payment route.

Protect your login credentials and connected accounts. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

What AgentBank provides

AgentBank provides software for accessing payment workflows, including account readiness checks, quotes, recipient details, payment instructions, approvals, tracking, and receipts where supported.

Available features depend on your account, provider, and payment route. Website examples do not guarantee that a route is available to you. Providers involved in a transaction may have separate terms and requirements.

AI agents and authorization

When using an AI assistant or connector, review the permissions you grant and the payment details presented to you. An AI-generated instruction can contain errors.

Check the recipient, account or wallet address, amount, currency, fees, and funding instructions before authorizing a payment. Follow any approval or verification steps required for that payment. Connecting an AI assistant does not by itself authorize every future transaction.

Revoking connector access does not undo a payment that has already been executed. Third-party AI platforms are also subject to their own terms.

Quotes, fees, and funding

A quote or estimate is subject to the validity period and conditions shown. Rates, fees, liquidity, and availability may change before a payment is confirmed. Review the current details before proceeding.

Use the exact funding instructions provided for your payment. Sending an incorrect amount, using an unsupported network or asset, or sending to an incorrect destination can delay a payment or make recovery impossible.

Processing and payment status

Payments may depend on banks, settlement providers, blockchain networks, verification checks, and recipient institutions. Estimated completion times are not guarantees.

A submitted or pending instruction does not necessarily mean that the recipient has received funds. Use the payment status and available receipt to check progress, and contact support if a payment appears delayed or incorrect.

Stablecoin or blockchain-based settlement may involve network congestion, transaction finality, issuer risk, or loss of value. Any applicable product-specific disclosures should be reviewed before using that route.

Cancellation, errors, and refunds

Whether a payment can be canceled or corrected depends on its current processing state and the applicable provider. Contact support as soon as you identify an error.

Executed transfers, particularly blockchain transactions, may be irreversible. A cancellation request does not guarantee that funds can be stopped or recovered.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful transactions you are authorized to make. You must not submit false identity or recipient information, use stolen credentials, facilitate fraud or money laundering, evade applicable sanctions, or interfere with the security of the service.

Do not attempt to bypass verification, approval requirements, account restrictions, or payment limits. Do not access another person’s account or information without authorization.

Access and service changes

Service availability can be affected by maintenance, outages, provider restrictions, or legal requirements. Access or individual payments may need to be restricted while a security, eligibility, or legal issue is investigated.

Legal terms and disputes

Your statutory rights remain subject to applicable law. Any limitations of liability, warranties, indemnities, and dispute procedures require review against the actual service structure and the jurisdictions in which it is offered.

Changes and contact

The published terms should show their effective date and explain how users will be notified of material changes, including any acceptance required by law.
